Interactive Media is one of the fields that I am most excited about pursuing further. I have done projects including projection mapping, live sound design, TouchDesigner, Arduino, Spark AR, and even some coding and robotics.
Mixed Reality Video Game
Coding

In this project, we coded a multiplayer game from scratch using "Processing", an open source and beginner friendly coding interface.

Using an old Xbox Kinect camera, we set up an experience where physically moving through the space served as controlling your character, while another player used a keyboard to try to hit you with their rockets.

I have always loved the idea of play and interaction being the heart of a design piece. This robot uses an Arduino Uno and servo motors to help it play rock-paper-scissors against a user. Simply press the button, wait for the three red lights and beeps to count you down, and throw your selection against that of the robot.

The body and hands of the robot are 3D printer to house an Arduino Uno board and 3 servo motors, along with a few other components for light, sound, and feedback.
Al Jasassiya Carpets Animation - M7 Studio Exhibition

Created a looping animation using the artworks of Ibrahim M. Jaidah, who created an exhibition based on the cave paintings in Al Jasassiyah. The animation was created to bring the cave paintings to life, and projected across the space as part of the exhibition, hosted by M7 studio in Qatar.

Created in collaboration with Ayza Sheikh
SparkAR Instagram Filters

This was an experimentation with Meta's Spark AR, using it to create a test for an Instagram filter. It was at a time when filters such as this one had become incredibly popular, so I made a more personal version of one.
